FLAMEPROOF FLITTING
The Flameproof Flitting enclosure is a forward reverse
starter and can be used for tramming
purposes and pumps. It will protect any motors
from 0.3amps to 250amps up to 1100Volts.

FLAMEPROOF BELT DRIVES
Our Flameproof Belt Drives are used
throughout the mining industry in
South Africa and already makes
provision for 8 intrinsically safe
inputs to monitor all field devices.
The controller is fully programmable.
Furthermore it has 4 relay outputs
complete with MMI Display indicating
all faults. We cater for Direct on line
and soft starters up to 1100Volts

FLAMEPROOF PLC
PLC enclosures are designed to control full
conveyor system including full winch control for
start up tension, run tension and slack tension
via a load cell. The programming can be done in
house or by the customer and is SCADA ready
via fibre or copper.
INTRINSICALLY SAFE PULLKEY SYSTEM
The intrinsically safe pullkeys are 12Volt DC
intelligent Unit and has audible and visual
indication built in. This pullkey system is
designed to be able to have a maximum of a
1km conveyor ± 12 pullkeys before it is needed
to add an additional power supply.
