The JC range comes in four different models,
JC (Horizontal End Suction), VJC (Vertical
Cantilever Design), 3×6-18 JC/VJC and the JTMS
The Model JC Slurry Pump has proven remarkable
versatility in slurry pumping applications. Nine
sizes are available in a range of materials and
configurations, making the JC ideal for most
medium duty abrasive and/or corrosive slurry
The JC range has been designed for extreme ease of
maintenance and long hours of reliable operation.
Wet end components feature extra metal thickness
for extended wear. Replaceable suction cover liner
reduces casing wear and simplifies maintenance
as well as reduces maintenance costs.

The JC pump range comes with a range of drive
arrangements from direct drives to assorted
V-belt drives. The vertical range come in different
lengths and vary from 0.9m ,1.1m, 1.5m, 1.8m,

is designed to deliver a given flow and head at
a lower impeller rpm (not top speed) than the
standard design Model JC 3 and 4 inch pumps.
The JC range can deliver a head in excess of
80m at speeds of less than 1800 rpm. Best
efficiency point varies from the mid 50’s in the
smaller size of the range and to the mid 70’s
in the larger sizes. In the smaller sizes, solids
of up to 50% of pump discharge size can be
pumped. In the larger JC models, solids of up to
25% of discharge size can be pumped. S.G’s to
1.4 can be pumped. Bearings are selected for a
minimum B -10 life of 24,000 hrs at maximum
speed & impeller diameter. Slowing the speed
or reducing the impeller diameter will result in
a much longer bearing life. Grease lubrication is
standard, with oil lubrication also available.
